Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reaffirmed Saturday that the war in Gaza will continue until Hamas is destroyed, hostages are freed, and the territory no longer poses a threat. This comes amid rising pressure from Israeli citizens, including hostages' families and reservists, questioning the war's continuation. Netanyahu claimed Hamas rejected a proposal to release half the hostages for a ceasefire.

Over the past 48 hours, Israeli strikes have killed more than 90 people, including women and children, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry. In Khan Younis, 11 civilians died, many in tents within a designated humanitarian zone. Meanwhile, food and medical supplies remain blocked, worsening a growing humanitarian crisis. Aid agencies warn of severe child malnutrition. The WHO called on the new U.S. ambassador to urge Israel to lift the blockade. Public frustration is rising, with protests in both Gaza and Israel. Thousands in Tel Aviv rallied Saturday, demanding a deal to end the war and return all hostages.
