Traveling can disrupt your routine, making it challenging to maintain good health. However, with proper planning, you can stay energized and avoid illness. Start by staying hydrated—carry a reusable water bottle and drink plenty of fluids, especially on flights. Prioritize nutritious meals by choosing fresh fruits, vegetables, and protein-rich foods instead of fast food.
