Improving posture and reducing back pain requires a combination of awareness, exercise, and lifestyle adjustments. Start by maintaining a neutral spine while sitting or standing—keep your shoulders relaxed, your back straight, and your feet flat on the ground. Avoid slouching and prolonged sitting by taking breaks to stand, stretch, and walk every 30 minutes.

Strengthening core muscles is essential for better posture. Incorporate exercises like planks, bridges, and yoga to enhance spinal support. Stretching your back, shoulders, and hamstrings can relieve tension and improve flexibility. Ergonomic adjustments at work, such as using a chair with lumbar support and keeping screens at eye level, also help maintain proper posture.

Additionally, sleeping on a supportive mattress and avoiding heavy bags on one shoulder can prevent strain. Practicing mindfulness and body awareness throughout the day ensures long-term improvements. By making these small changes, you can reduce discomfort and promote a healthier spine.
